A Fool's Only Tears

Now now, I know my title for this post sounds a lil sad.
But that's how I felt when the jokes on me.


So I was home, texting my girlfriend as usual.
Then it was after midnight and she had to sleep.
So she texted back saying..

Before I go to bed I wanna tell you something.
I've talked to my parents..
And the chances of me going to UK is really high.
And I'm leaving next semester.
Just thought you should know.

*tears at the brink, ready to fall.*

I pulled myself together and replied.

Oh okay..
Well ermm..
UK is said to be the best right?
Well.. Whatever that's best for you (:

Anyhow I still called her up, wanting to scold her and give her a piece of my mind.
And all I could remember saying for the first 5, or maybe 10 minutes was..

I ended up talking to her for half an hour before saying goodnight.
I gotta admit, it was a good prank.
And I felt like such a fool!
